  • #1378 — In-app rename to canonical names: superseded by shipped rebrand PRs #1385/#1386/#1387 (issue #1401 work); the names it asks for (“Accessible PDF”, “ACR Scorecard”…) are now the retired variants.
  • #1193 — “Use Bedrock for Zero Data Retention”: duplicate umbrella of #1191; the Bedrock zero-retention path shipped for vpat-parse in #1373/#1374.
  • #1202 — Align billing backend with prepaid-balance pricing: superseded by the entitlement-packages billing cutover (#1350/#1358/#1364/#1366, migrations 195–198, live 2026-06-28).

  • PR #1266 (org-chart cost ledger) is not obsolete — it’s the pending implementation; review and merge instead.
